Update March 2022. My Doctor is Sidensticker. I love that name its different. We have a good patient and Doctor relationship. So I thought. I told him the truth, about a mistake I did. And now I've been condemned. Left to suffer in between visits . All along. He hasn't been truthful with me. But I still kept trusting him. He kept telling me the shots I'm getting in my back will help. Well there not. He tells me the next injections will help. And again, and again. he failed me. It feels like a stabbing pain in my back afterwards . All along he was just using me as a Guinea pig. For financial gain. I just heard. A friend of mine been calling all day today. April 18th 2022. To try to make an appointment. No answer. So he called at, 4:40 pm. They put a recording on. Saying, There Closed. Hours are 8 to 5pm

This Dr Seidensticker does not have any compassion for his patients. You can’t just take someone cold turkey off pain medicine when they need it. I would never recommend him

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for several years now. The care that I receive there is excellent. Nevertheless, the response time by the staff is atrocious. I had to cancel my appointment do to illness per office policy. This was on the 14th, I still have not heard back from them on rescheduling. All my medications are due for refill on the 18th. Which is a Saturday. On another issue it took them a week and a half to return my call in relation to post operation care. I was left suffering after major neck surgery due to lack of response by the office staff. The medical care is top notch though. If you can get a call back.

I have been a patient here for a couple years now and I honestly couldn't ask for a better doc than Dr Siedenstsicker. He always listens to my concerns ad tries his best to reduce my pain levels and respects my wishes with regards to which meds I am unwilling to take. He is very compassionate and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Whomever does the return phone calls needs a course in communications. She got s serious attitude problemHow to Answer the Phone TipsAnswer all incoming phone calls before the third ring. When you answer the phone, be warm, enthusiastic, and professional. Your voice on the phone is sometimes the only impression of your company a caller will get. When answering the phone, welcome callers courteously and identify yourself and your organization immediately. Say, for instance, "Good morning. Cypress Technologies. Susan speaking. How may I help you?" Don't just say "Hello". No one should ever have to ask if they've reached such and such a business.Enunciate clearly, keep your voice volume moderate, and speak slowly and clearly when answering the phone so your caller can understand you easily.Control your language when answering the phone. Don't use slang or buzzwords. Instead of saying, "OK", or "No problem", for instance, say "Certainly", "Very well", or "All right". If you're a person who uses fillers when you speak, such as "uh huh", "um", or phrases such as "like" or "you know", train yourself carefully not to use these when you speak on the phone
