People have no responsibility in this office. They don’t work on time on documents that patients needs to get their meds on time even if documents were sent and vendors call them and give needed information to send. They say they didn’t receive requests, so is there fax working? Won’t answer phones and need to be on phone long time to meet needs. I never had this kind of worst experience with any other doctors or office!!!

Dr. Creamer is amazing. However, the NP's have a lot to be desired. The office is clean and the general staff is friendly. The chairs are the most uncomfortable and painful experience, considering this is a pain management facility. You can tell that this is purely a revenue focused establishment instead of being a patient centric office. I've been coming here for a while now, and it is truly a patient mill. The NP's regurgitate the same unless information at every appointment, regardless of what the patient needs.

As other patients have shared, waited and hour and 30 minutes to see Dr Creamer. At no time did anyone tell us the dr was delayed, not even his nurse. Asked to speak with the Office Mgr Danishka Vasquez and was told she was "too busy" to see us. HORRIBLE patient management. Dr needs to go back to school and learn time management If you want genuine medical care, DONT GO HERE!

Today should have been my second appointment. I thought I was seeing the doctor until I got a text message saying I'm scheduled to see this other person. I didn't agree to see someone else in his practice. If I'm paying to see the doctor, I expect to see the doctor. My first and only visit with Dr. Creamer. I felt rush and he didn't even bother looking at any of my information. Once, I said I had this and that, he told his secretaries to type it down. I honestly believe he wants to see how much many he can get from you and your insurance. His staff in the front are very nice and respectful. I have no complains with his staff. Just him. I am looking for a new pain management doctor now.
