    • Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with when they keep coming and asking the same questions over and over again. They put a pain pump in my best friend. And then the pain pump does not work and she keeps calling them. She goes to the ER and they say the pump is not working and they keep doing the same stuff over and over again until she's in so much pain, so she can't even hardly move. This place is ridiculous. They don't follow through. They don't call when they said they're gonna call. I would stay away from this company. Commonwealth pain clinic is so much better. They have real compassion this place has not.

    • I don’t write a lot of these, but I saw there were some negative comments, so to set the record straight, I have been dealing with chronic pain for 8 years. I spent 6 of them being either undertreated, not treated at all, gaslit, or straight up ignored. I was almost to the point of wanting to die, not because of depression, but because my legs were on fire constantly, I could barely walk, and no one would help. If that was going to be the rest of my life, then it wasn’t bearable, nor worth it. Dr. James was the first doctor to actually listen to me, treat me with respect, and treat the issues. I’m finally to the point where I don’t have to be afraid to give an honest assessment of the efficacy of my medication out of fear that they will just decide I’m lying and stop treating me at all. He’s very straightforward about treatment options, limitations, and the reasoning behind them, which I appreciate. I don’t know where I’d be without this practice, so I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

    • This score is strictly for the lady i talked to on the phone. I never seen the dr. ( don’t want to if thats how the staff is) The lady was extremely rude and then simply hung up on me. These phone nurses, whatever they are need to be recorded and monitored. You are dealing with injured people & need compassion. Instead it’s clear of how miserable and bitter this specific person is. Call was on may 20th at 8:20am

    • I really like Dr James and most of his staff. I was there today for my appointment and was very disappointed in the employee that checked me out. She was very rude and acted like she was miserable! I’ve been a patient for 4+ years and never had this happen before. Maybe she was having a bad day, but if she treats all the patients like she treated me, she needs to find a new job.
