I have spent the last 45 min trying to call and make a payment for a bill I have. I don’t believe I ever received a physical bill but just a text message saying that I owed them. I don’t think I’ve ever had this much trouble paying a bill. EVER.

no place to rate them in their system.poor web experience.they have NO WAY TO REFER TO AN IN SYSTEM PROVIDER!!!!!!do they not trust their in system people????no way to contact them for web help. monoploy in norman area given to them by the city.go out of norman if they cant provide transparency.
