Dr Mack is great but seems like the office only cares about $$$. My husband calls to cancel 1st thing in the am they say no problem since it was just a follow up (not even w the doctor) and then gets a $65 no show bill in the mail. He was just tired of paying $10 every time he had an injection to say it didn’t work. Kind of weird that he’s under my insurance and no doctor office has charged for follow ups besides this . They don’t seem like they really care either.
