This pain clinic is a joke. My friend goes through withdrawals every other month. Because they can't call her medication in at the right time. Do yourself a favor don't go here

This practice is amazing. I was warmly welcomed by all staff and Dr Baksh. Compassionate care is obviously a priority there. I checked in, only waited 1 or 2 minutes and was seen immediately. Everything was explained well and I was treated with kindness. This is important anywhere, but when you have chronic pain, some place can treat you like a drug seeker or gaslight you. PPS and Baksh were exactly what I had hoped for and offer many options.

Dr.J.B. is the best, thorough pain management Dr. I've ever had ... I've been disabled since hurting my back in 2008, I was going to pain management on Grove Rd in Greenville for years, an if you watch the news, I'm sure you seen the law shut them down all their offices all over SC an NC.... I started premier pain solutions ... Dr. J.B. about 4 or 5 years ago.... No complaints against my Dr at all.... Alot of nurses, PA's travel from NC to be at the Greenwood or Easley office... They are all just so polite.... Looking for a good Pain Clinic an Drs.... Premier pain solutions is your place..... Thank you Dr.J.B. an crew P.S. These 2 offices Dr.J.B. has in SC they have a lot of patients, so therefore you sometimes have too wait a few minutes, or sometimes it's a little longer.... But we are not the only patients he has.... One busy man an he's also at his offices in NC as well .. he goes goes goes ... Trying to make everyone happy.... I've always been treated very well at the Easley office, I've had a few rude in Greenwood office, but I take it with a grain of salt.... An go on... Last February I had a complaint about Dr. Borman which is no longer at Greenwood office.... I called Easley off sent a message to Dr.J.B. an it was taken care of.... Leaving Greenwood office after February an going back to Easley office.... All in All they are Awesome!! Every where you go any Dr office you gonna have a little something go on you don't like, but Ive also heard some of their patients be pretty dang rude to them as well..... Just saying!!

I immediately felt at home! The nurses and doctors were extremely compassionate, informative, and listened to my concerns. The doctor was educated on a rare disease I had which shocked me! They know what they are doing and do it efficiently with care and expertise. Finally, to those that are reading reviews. Yes the appointments were quick because they don’t want you to wait out in the lobby forever. They see more patients so we don’t have to wait months for an appointment. They are fast because they know what they are doing. Secondly, the only other pain clinic in Greenwood will not prescribe pain medication. Instead it’s all about expensive injection treatments and dead ends. My doctor came straight out and asked me what pain medication worked. He didn’t mess around and I truly and deeply appreciate his forwardness. Because he asked and listened, I am getting medication I need while I wait for my procedure. Bottom line, for me, I know my own body very well and I knew what I needed. Because of the way he handled me, I know I can trust him to do the best for me. What more can you ask for? Thank you!

I had been seen for over a year. The last few months I've had a different doctor and she's been awful. I was on my way to my appointment to get a refill, I was called and told they couldn't see me anymore because of my insurance. I've been on medication for a year and now I'm cut off cold turkey. I thought the last they could do was write me a refill until I find another clinic that takes my insurance. They have 0 care for their patients.
