Superior Pain Management Patient Reviews
See All ReviewsThis office has done a complete turn around! EVERYONE here is knowledgeable, super kind, and they’ve gone out of their way to help me. I no longer have to take any medication. I’m doing different injections to control the pain, and it’s working well. Dr. Z is so kind and seems truly caring about my health and comfort. He did an ablation procedure on me today, and the appointment went great! He explained everything as he was doing it, and it made the visit pleasurable. The medical technician was fantastic! Full of personality and truly caring! Lori at the front desk was amazing and I am truly appreciative of her. The sweet girl that checked me in was kind and considerate, too! I’m so happy and fortunate the office is now running things as they should. Dr. Z…please stay and don’t leave! This place is finally running accordingly, and it’s a pleasure to be with you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart guys!
2025-01-29Dr. Has absolutely zero empathy. swear she looked as if she was completely out of it. Never seen a Dr present herself in such a poor condition. Do not waste your time if you truly need someone who has a heart, because she does not. Would give a negative score if possible. Nurse brought in my current MRI results and she never even looked at it. Take my advice look elsewhere.
2024-11-25My mom has been going here for 2 years. Now that Dr Patel is not there anymore and they only have 1 dr she has had to reschedule her appointment and I have been trying for two weeks to get someone to call me back. And now she is about out of her medication. The doctors have been good until recently.
2025-01-08I'm gonna just put my heart in this review. Leaving a review of any kind for any place is not something I normally(if ever) do, but I feel like this is important. I've been a patient for well over 2 yrs. and I've experienced both the good and bad within this practice. Let me simply say that I'm so glad that I hung in there with Superior. More than once I almost left for several different reasons. I do agree with the majority when they say some past employees have been unprofessional, unreliable, un-caring, etc... I made the decision to give the last new Dr. a final chance before seeking another pain mgmt. program and now I'm glad that I did. Dr.Z' has been great so far and has made me feel as if he really gives a d*#! about my overall health. I don't think all people realize how strict the FDA is on the pain specialist these days. Their hands are tied to a certain extent and their lively hood can easily be at stake if certain guidelines aren't met. It's not always their faults that stupid people abuse pain drugs to the point that those of us who actually depend on the relief it can give us to survive daily have to suffer because of their greed. So, try not to be so judgemental before the whole truth is known. Also, on a more personal note I'd like to thank Lori. She has gone above and beyond her job requirements for me and I'm sure others. She's a trooper and has stayed with the office thru it all. Thank You Lori, you're the best!
2025-01-10Follow up to this review. I had to ask my family doctor to call this office and discuss being put back on my original medication. I go in to see a new doctor in this same clinic and he then comes into the room doesn't introduce himself just starts barking at me so much I can't get anything out but OK. I begin to cry so he walks out saying "I'm not dealing with this" he brings the nurse in and ask her to walk me out of the clinic telling me he will see me tomorrow. Are u kidding me? It was the equivalent of punishing an a grown adult simply because he could. They later called and dismissed me from the practice!!! I guess this office doesn't like to have there authority questioned by other doctors. So you can imagine how upset i was by the time i left. He called me emotional and argumentative. Whatever you do get a referral to another clinic ANY other clinic and save yourself from the anger and embarrassment of this poor excuse for one. Good luck. I had to give one star of course to right this review. Ive been a patient here around 8 years now and since Dr. Patel has left it's not a clinic for pain they have turned it into a rehab center. Cutting off all opiate medications no matter the circumstance for all patients with exception. Plus to be put on this one and only medications he will be prescribing to everyone(Buprenorphine,Suboxone family) he must tapper you completely off what you are currently talking which he is doing extremely to fast. For example he gave me my last prescription( because im not going back)I was to take 5 the first 15 days then 4 the remaining 15 days so i guess it would continue that way. Keep in mind I've been on this medications 10+ years. So I hope he realizes he's going to make a lot of people very sick and the ERs a lot of money. So please unless you want your time wasted go somewhere else. I did.
