  • After a dedicated four-month tenure at this establishment, regrettably, my experience has yielded no alleviation of my persistent discomfort. Regrettably, R. Carrillo, the Physician Assistant, appears to be adrift in her approach, exhibiting a conspicuous detachment from the patient's welfare, perhaps indicative of a reliance on potent medications. Her methodology neglects modern conveniences such as patient portals and other technological aids, further exacerbating the burden placed squarely upon the patient's shoulders."

  • Total Thumbs Down. I've never felt so insulted in my life. 1st let me say the office is used as a cash cow. 1st appointment you get a nurse practitioner. 2nd you get a physicians assistant. Was told only time you see a/the Dr. is for procedures and lives out of town. The Dr. is the 1st person I wantt to see. Not his down line. Not to mention the wait time between appointments without meds. I've been on pain management over 11 yrs and made a mistake of being out of town without meds. Took some of a friends diffrent type and showed up in my UA. When I went for 1st appointment I had taken meds (norco/oxy's) left from other refills. See the NP only to get a appointment to see the PA. To my appointment with Rosanna Carrillo, PA. She absolutely refused to talk about me as person but rather as a addict. I told her let me tell about my history and she responded with "I don't want to know your history. I could be lying." Told her I had proof on my phone. Didn't matter. Same reaction. At that point I ask are you going to work with me and what do you have to offer me as a patient. She brings in the Dr. Dr says we do things diffrent here and she mentions my dirty UA. I said I can give a clean one in 2 weeks. Her response was "I doubt that." I'm very self disciplined. How else could I stay with pain management over 11 yrs. I refuse to be treated like an addict when I am following my Dr. instructions to the T for 11+ yrs. Hope you have a better experience but think you see a Dr. before any other staff and have plan of action 1st. UPDATE: Got away from pill pusher management and seeing a Nero Surgeon for a fix and no more pill band ades.

  • Have been trying to help my husband get an epidural in his lumbar area. He is in a lot of pain. The staff and the doctors don't know what they are doing. He was approved for the procedure through his old pain clinic that shut down right before his procedure. So he brought in his medical records in person. They evidently didn't get scanned in because he got denied a 3rd time through this place. Then they were going to do the wrong procedure on him....injections in his upper back and neck area when the problem is in his lumbar area. Need i say more?

  • I just went through about a 10 month process of getting both hips replaced and was in terrible pain. Rosanna Castillo helped me tremendously through managing the pain during this process and I'm very grateful to have my life back again. A big thanks to Rosanna and the staff at Synovation and blessings to you all.
