Dr Remer is good but the girl at the front desk (Shirley) is the rudest person I have ever met!! Another doctor’s office called there about getting my records (which took 2 weeks) and they said she was extremely rude to them as well. How sad. She is sadistic seems to be taking pleasure in her cruelty.
