Augusta Health Pain Management Department Receptionists evidently don't care about patients and a major issue I may have. I've been dealing with a severe TMJ issue for almost 2 weeks and she just blew me off. She said that she would send doc Greer a message just to see if he may be able to see me. she just couldn't take the 2 seconds to go ask if he could see me before I go and get my referral from the VA. These receptionists always seem so disgruntled and obviously do not care about customer service.

I did not even get an opportunity to be seen at this office. They told me I would have to attend and complete physical therapy before I could make an appointment with them. I asked the lady if this was their office policy or if it was pertaining to my insurance not covering the visit until I completed physical therapy. Without contacting my insurance company she made this assumption and when I called my insurance company to confirm this I was informed that my insurance did not require me to complete or even attend physical therapy in order for them to fully cover the injection I was referred to their office to get. So when I called the office back to let them know this they continued to argue with me that the all insurance companies they have ever dealt with required physical therapy first. I would not want to be seen at this office at all in fear that they do not know what they are doing when it comes to billing and insurance practices. They should never make an assumptions based on everyone else's insurance.

Stanley Hatcher does not care about you. This man treated me as if I was medication seeking when I was begging for an MRI so we could see the damage to my spine. Refused to listen to my concerns. I do not walk straight anymore. My feet drop. The weakness in my legs has worsened in the course of a few months and he did not care. He did not listen to me. I did the PT that insurance wanted to approve the MRI. Stanley decided not to disclose ANY treatment that was done, to the insurance so they denied my MRI AGAIN. He is a horrible excuse for a doctor and is in the wrong career. Not to mention how many times he canceled my appointments due to "personal reasons" and took me another month after to get in. He is dismissive, arrogant, and lazy. ***Wanted to add that they were also rude to my PCP who just wanted to get my records so he could refer me somewhere else and found that they lied in my records as well. Claiming I didn't meet requirements for an MRI. My spine is severely damaged. Their negligence could have cost me my ability to walk. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

I had some shots done.. I had a couple of bulging discs and herniated disc in my back. I felt okay for a day or two. Then it got real bad. I called them. There must be a nurse there named Robin.. while explaining what I was going through and trying to understand what the hell was happening. She literally hung up on me. Completely unprofessional I didn't even bother calling back because I knew I would lose my shit. Don't go here. It's been over a week and I still can't walk. I was in better shape before I had the shots. Whether or not it'll get better in a couple weeks I don't know. But at this point right now I don't appreciate being hung up on in the middle of a phone call. Find someplace else to go
