Patient Testimonials

The pain clinic is no longer at Ferrell Duncan clinic. I have been to the new location and have seen Amber Beck. She has done nothing to help my sciatic pain. We have discussed the spinal cord stimulator procedure but that is not scheduled until February 2025. That means that I suffer for three months before having this done.I am currently learning to use the TENSE UNIT. It does not help much and is awkward to use. So I cannot say anything good about this Pain Clinic.

My husband was referred here May 19th, he has yet to get an appointment. I was informed they have referrals from March 2017 still waiting to be seen. They only have 1 Dr, the 2 nurse practitioners have quit. His specialist and primary Dr don't want to fill his script which leaves him cut off and in pain. One script for Tramadol. Clearly this solution isn't working. I would love to know what Cox plans to do to fix this problem. There has to be hundreds of other patients in Springfield and Greene County left in this same situation.

The doctor here is "Awful". The Cox website shows that he specialized in so many different ways to treat pain. But yet I'm still no closer to relieveing my pain. All he's done is prescribe me a muscle relaxer that I've already tried before; And tell me that it takes time to work. Yet he would no prescribe me something else to dull the pain at least till that would kick in. Your better off just looking for a better educated doctor.

Amber is fabulous first of all. The nurses are great! Whoever answers their phone is rude and condescending. Need to work on their people skills. I hate calling.
