“My 83 year old Mother is a patient there. It ALWAYS takes at least 3 calls to get anything done. That is if you can get them to answer the phone. They will pick up the line and just hang up on you repeatedly after 15-20 minutes on hold, causing you to have to start completely over. She spent over two hours on the phone today and ended up getting hung up on at closing after 38 minutes on hold. This was her fourth day of calling to try and solve 1 problem. She has left 3 messages for her call to be returned and of course no return call has been received.”

“THE ABSOLUTE WORSE OFFICE STAFF IN THIS TOWN! They have messed up on our appointments then demand to know who you spoke to or do you have your appointment card. Extremely uncaring small minded on a power trip people. They make promises that they don't keep or don't get back to you or followup. The staff needs to be more empathetic with their patients who are people suffering pain. The entire practice really needs to learn 1. Customer service, 2. How to help their patients solve problems concerning their care & pain management. I would rate them with NEGATIVE stars if it were possible. I am taking back the 1 star given because it is required in order to post a comment.”

“I've been a patient here for years. I was seeing Dr munglpara, excellent Dr. But I came out of rehab and seen Dr Weiss, and he gave me a script for twice a day, the bottle doesn't say it. I've called everyday for 3 weeks to get a sudden cancelation. Missed due to ins drivers. They knew I needed a refill and didn't refill anything. Dr Parmar will tell at you in front of everyone, gives no F's about it either. I have fibromyalgia and recently fractured my sacrum. I am beyond mad. Do I leave or stay. I'm calling my insurance on them too.”

“Had to wait outside for about 45 min one doctor did not come in. I do think that this office over book. I believe that if you are going to make people wait out side the you should at least have a place for people to sit. In the shade maybe with some of the money this place makes they could invest in a tent for there patience. I Would like to give a update i believe that this place is making changes for the best. I seen a major change there was about a 10 minute wait i was in and out in a hour i was very impressed with the service today they did not over book patience the bathrooms were very clean and so was the waiting room and the room where you see the doctor. I would like to say I was very satisfied with the service I believe now they are serving patients in a proper manner. I hope they continue doing what they do.”
