Patient Testimonials

This place is amazing and the staff/doctors takes good care of all the people that comes here. The doctors listen and does what it takes to help people live life better or start living life again. Yes! These doctors truly care about the patient and just not here for a quick buck. They will do whatever it takes to make your life better but you have to be willing, honest, and by by the rules. Meaning if your asked to try something or do something than do it because beating pain takes the patients effort also to try, understand, want the ability to achieve, and by by the rules set fourth from this clinic because its not just up to the doctor. The entire staff is respectful, caring, and willing to help. This clinic offers many different pain management techniques, totally professional, and they are very organized. I recommend to everyone that wants to get their chronic pain under control, live the positive life they been seeking, and to have a doctor that cares and understands.

Update: 10-22-21. This is insane. The amazing and wonderful Dr. Nguyen, like all other quality providers that have come to this practice, has left, and we're back to the nightmare that was. I was encouraged to give Sondra Early another shot, and to her credit she sounded compassionate and filled my prescription. Here's the nightmare...I called to schedule another refill appointment and was told that Sondra was out of town until after I needed a refill and they would call me back with another provider who could take care of me. Five days later I get a call that I'm behind on my urine screening and NO PROVIDERS WILL ALLOW ME TO EVEN SCHEDULE an appointment until after I've provided one. Now, let's just be clear, I've been a patient here for over five years. In that time I've NEVER had a questionable urine screen. I'm a model patient. Here's the problem, they won't even get the results from the screen back until the day I run out of meds at the earliest, and THEN they will schedule me? Here's the point, isn't it medical malpractice to prescribe someone a medication and then force them to go off of it abruptly for no fault of their own? I've reached out to the office manager twice with no calls returned. The problem is that everyone is a pill seeking junkie to them. I understand that they have to protect themselves legally, but at what cost to the patient? I've now had four providers there in 5 years. All the good ones leave, and I guess I should too.

Had a medical needs person that couldn't walk that needed help and I had to stop in the front of the building with medical van so they could get out easier, I got told by a Hispanic man that I'm not allowed to park there which I was not parked at all I was trying to help my medical needs person out of the vehicle, there were no parking spots whatsoever in the front because they were filled, my person who couldn't walk needed the best help, then the Hispanic man who appeared to work at the front desk abruptly told me that he didn't care that I needed to go find a spot in the parking lot if I was that desperate. It appears that This place does not care about people in need, The only care about business and parking spots, It sadness me that a special needs person is treated so poorly and how rude someone could be when they haven't walked a mile and someone else's shoes. Extremely unprofessional by any means hopefully someday they'll clean up their act and treat others how they wish to be treated.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars and not more is for DR. Erin Christianson, not sure of spelling, but she's been a God send and she's really the only reason I continue with my appts, I've made a good professional relationship with her as her pt, however, the bad part is I've had my last FOUR procedure appts cancelled on me for some different reason each time and I've really needed that back procedure. After several months, I still have not had it done yet, yet I get charged a lot for missing 1 a while back but they can keep cancelling on me making me while in total pain. If it weren't for Dr. Erin, I probably would look for another clinic, but the staff are very friendly and helpful though, so it is hard to give that up too.
