Patient Testimonials

I never leave bad reviews. I'm waiting to have a pain stimulator trial implant, and I hoped this clinic was a good referral... I'm sorry, but this place is really unprofessional. If they would actually make sure they took care of the patient, as much as collecting the bill, they might actually be a good clinic. I thought the office staff was very nice. Unfortunately, I feel like the actual appointment was rushed, and left me uniformed about the causes of my pain. I was willing to chalk that up to a busy doctor. Not anymore! It's been well over a week since my visit. I still haven't been able to get my medication filled, because they won't take the right steps to do so. I've went out of my way, as well as my insurance company, to make it as easy as possible for them to take care of the issue. On the few rare moment's I spoke to the nurse/(s), they assured me they would take care of it, but they didn't. I had to inform them of what was going on, and that shouldn't be the patient's job. So, over a week after the appointment, I'm left in the same situation I was in beforehand. It's just really annoying they don't have the professional courtesy to at least inform their patients of what's going on, and prove they're actually making, (solving the problem), a priority. Expect to get an answering machine, and don't expect a call back anytime soon. Hopefully this is a fluke thing, and it's resolved soon. Otherwise, I'll be finding another doctor.

I have received great treatment from Optimal Pain and Wellness. I have been treated by Dr Thurman for several years. Now that I have moved, I see Dr Naples. I don't like change at all, but it ended up a great experience. She informed me of my new in between treatments, and gave me all the information I could possibly need and what to expect. Office staff has always been friendly.

My wife had an appointment today with Dr. Hanley. My wife suffers from Peripheral Neuropathy and we hoped Dr. Hanley could help with treatment as we were referred to Dr. Hanley by her Rheumatologist. We thought since there is pain associated with the neuropathy Dr. Hanley could help with treatment. It was probably the worst Doctor visit I have attended. Dr. Hanley was absolutely useless and seemed not to care at all. I would not recommend Dr. Hanley to anyone.
