Reviewers note that he takes the time to offer clear information regarding follow-up care, contributing positively to their treatment experience. Despite this, the clinic currently has a low overall rating of 1/5 based on four reviews. A common theme in the feedback indicates issues with staff interactions, with some patients reporting experiences of rudeness that detract from the overall atmosphere of care. Balancing these aspects can help to foster a more positive experience for those seeking care in the future.
Patient Testimonials
“Mr Long (I find it hard to believe he's actually a doctor or has had any medical training). I really do wish Google would allow for negative stars - this guy is dangerous. He was forced on me when I ended up in long term rehab, his first "brilliant" decision was to change my pain medication without even bothering to talk to me. After a weeks worth of suffering and begging to be put back on the regiment that was working, his solution was to cut what he had prescribed (that wasn't working) in half. Finally about 10-11 days in he finally made an appearance... His narcissistic personality prevented him from hearing any voice but his own, he was aggressively condescending, his goal was clear, he only wanted humiliate and attack me, which I probably would have taken better if he had more knowledge than he did. Not only did he cripple me during rehab, but he went out of his way to screw with me, and called his "friend" who happen to be my pain clinic provider, he filled her head with his lies, and destroyed that relationship. I had to get another pain clinic to work with. I am positive that HIPPA was ignored - because I never authorized him to contact any of my providers. Again - this guy is dangerous - avoid him at all costs.”

“Google forces me to provide a rating that is higher than that of zero. Please accept this gift of ONE which will allow you to maintain what appears to be your valued and acceptable standards. No return calls regarding messages via email, fax or phone. This medical provider was chosen for me. Complaint, I was not weaned slowly from pain medication, instead, it was stopped abruptly for two days prior to providing me a change in med type and dosage which to date remains insufficient and unacceptable. If you would not choose to eat at a ONE star restaurant. Do not choose ONE star medical care. Over all, my experience was painfully disappointing! In the future I would not accept this group.”

“Dr Robert Long is a coward, he strung me along for months 9 months to be exact. then out of he Blue had one of his Lackeys cut my pain meds in half then would not speak with me about it. Thankfully twin cities pain clinic took over my care and my pain meds and within three weeks I had my implant put in and incredible care, not one thing in this story is exaggerated. Dr Long I would still like to know why you did this to me? One star is too generous.”

“Experience at a long-term facility, where Dr long is in the process of hastening my death. When I first arrived I had sufficient medication to be a valuable person. With Dr. pains reduction of pain medication I am now reduced to lying immobile virtually in bed can either stand sit. Worry about Dr. long is some sort of crackpot. And I'm sure other people are dying early because of his valiant efforts. May you also experienced an early death.”
