The office currently offers primary care and pain management services, counseling services for those with mental health needs, and medication-assisted treatment for those with opiate addiction. We are here to provide quality primary care and to help individuals with chronic pain (lower back pain, musculoskeletal pain, neurological pain, post-operative pain)
