“I have only been twice; however, Rachel the office manager has been rude over the phone with me several times. The front office staff got my chart mixed up and caused me an extra 25 minute wait and no apologies or anything. I came in sick because I'd be charged for cancellation which I totally understand but sickness should have been excused. The doctor seems to be really nice and trying to get to the source of my pain. The office staff sucks... the nurses are super helpful and nice though.”
