“In October I went in for an MRI Guided Epidural in my C6/C7. I said yes to sedation. I go in on the day of my appointment, I see them wheelchair people in and out like it was a McDonald's. When it's my turn an older Caucasian women is in charge of my IV. I tell her my arm is kind of chubby. I said this to her "The last time I had a MRI guided epidural with sedation the nurse used my hand not my forearm." She said "no it's ok ill find it" so she puts the needle in and keeps poking me. Trying to find the vein. She said "there it is." As I go in to the room I take my shirt off lay face down on the table. The nurse picks up my arm and proceeds to administer the sedation. As she pushed in the sedation it didn't go into my veins it stayed between the skin and the vein on my forearm creating an instant searing sensation. I was screaming in pain crying after and after a few minutes they realized to put sailine to try to stop the pain. 2 minutes later they wheel me out and don't tell my fiance anything about what happened she was confused and didn't understand why I was in pain. It felt.like someone put a Shirt Iron inside my forearm. It's reminded me of my experience at LAGS another pain management business that was shutdown. I've been calling them trying to figure out how they're going to make my arm feel Normal again they hang up on me and ignore me. Cops can't do anything. No one's holding them responsible for injuring me and torturing me. My insurance doesn't care. My arm doesn't feel the same it seems plastic. I don't trust a business who doesn't take accountability for its actions.”

“I want to say that Nor Cal Pain Management has been amazing. All doctors are very knowledgeable and the staff is very nice. I am a 37 year old female with two kids, a chronic medical condition, and have adverse side effects from prior medication I was on. “This place is a heap of unorganized unprofessional people. They will treat the patients like dope fiens instead of patients in pain. Employees have no sense of urgency and the ones that answer phones dont take the job seriously. And to think this place is considered "Pain Management" only thing they managed was wasting my time while smiling about it. I would never recommend this place not even to a enemy. Dont waste your time here this place is a JOKE”

Has one lingering up in the air waiting on a video chat all to only have the office close for the weekend without any consideration of contacting the patient back to let them know there was no longer any time left for the day instead of completely ghosting. Highly unprofessional.”
