“I wrote a review at the request of this practice, but it does not show up here. I had a Jan 23, 2025 appt. for an EMG upper extremities On the 22 or 23 rd of Dec, 2024 they called and said they'd had a cancellation on Dec 26, 2024 at 9:15. I accepted it. My husband and drove 90 minutes arriving 30 minutes early as I had been told to get there 15 minutes early. Building locked up tight with sign on door saying they'd be closed all day. I called and left message. A few minutes later someone from the office called back to say Dr.Stickler was running behind as he was working alone so my appointment was moved to 9:45. No patients in the building and physician is behind? We left and retuned at 9:15. Everyone in the office was opening and closing drawers and cabinets. This went on for 30 minutes when finally the PA told me and the one other waiting patient that they could not find keys to the medical equipment room where EMG machine was located. 30 minutes later same PA offered to reschedule both of us; we both declined. Waiting room is uncomfortable, especially for those with spine problems and probably other conditions. Bathroom is yuuuuuck. When I finally saw Dr. Stickler he was kind and professional. He thanked me for my patience. I couldn't help but feel the test was done in haste, but he is supposed to be the best so I am telling myself he is able to work quickly and competently. He told me my results would be sent to my physician's office in a week. Today, January 13, 2025, it has been 19 days and results are not ready. Subtracting weekend days and one holiday it has still been 12 days since my EMG was performed. I was told my ordering physician would receive the EMG results in about a week. Previously, at university hospital Augusta and at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville FLA , results were available within a day. I am ready to call my insurance company to see if test can be performed locally so that I may get results that are timely and accurate.”

“I would give this clinic a lower rating if at all possible. I called them weeks ago to try and get medication issues resolved but was unable to recieve a call back or hear anything from the providers there. That was until today over a full month later. This is after having tricare cancel the referral do to insufficient level of care, and having a whole new referral set in place. What an absolute terrible practice they run here and I'm sorry for anyone they treat.”
