Treatment Approach

Premier Pain Management uses a multidisciplinary model that brings together medical, chiropractic, and rehabilitative care. The goal is to address pain from multiple angles while prioritizing conservative options before considering surgery. The clinic also aims to reduce long-term reliance on medications where possible.

Services that may help people manage pain include:

  • Interventional pain management, including injection-based treatments
  • Physical medicine and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions
  • Chiropractic care for spine and joint-related pain
  • Physical therapy to support movement and recovery
  • On-site diagnostic services, including in-clinic X-rays
  • Treatment and documentation support for car accident injuries and personal injury cases

What Patients Can Expect

Reviewers describe the staff as friendly and note that care feels thorough. Diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up appointments are available at the same location, which allows the care team to coordinate each person's plan from start to finish. Each clinic location has a dedicated clinic director.

The clinic also provides coordinated documentation support for insurance and legal matters, which may be useful for people dealing with injury-related claims. All three locations are fully wheelchair accessible, including entrances, parking, and washrooms. Appointments are recommended.

What Patients Say

Premier Pain Management in Phoenix, AZ has earned a 4.5 out of 5 rating across 28 reviews. Patients often mention the friendly and welcoming nature of the staff, describing the office environment as comfortable and easy to navigate. Reviewers note that the care team takes time to listen and address concerns thoroughly, which many find reassuring when managing ongoing pain conditions. The practice appears to attract patients who value a personalized approach to treatment, and several reviewers note feeling like their individual needs are taken into consideration during appointments. Patient Testimonials

Im leaving this review in hopes you can all fix it for the next patient. Since day 1 I've had issues at this place, my chiro asked them to contact me to make an appointment for medical due to a car accident injury. Two weeks went by with no contact. Finally I get an appt in and the person in the front was so confused on why I was there. I met with a dr for her to just tell me there's no way I'm still feeling pain even after I described my pain. She then offered some injections (epidural) and I agreed. I finally get the approval from attorneys and I request an email stating I have an appointment for my employer. They send me a vague one saying "so and so has an appointment on this day" no time or any other info. I ask them to please send me one with the time and recommendations such as someone to drive me there and back. Crystal calls me and says they can't do that because of HIPPAA. So you can't send me the patient and email stating "you have an appointment on this day at this time . We recommend you to bring someone to drive you there and back" same info I was give on the phone but in writing to my email? I would've loved to give my job a heads up about this as I've missed work due to my injuries and I'm required to document it. I decided to cancel my appointment as I no longer trust or feel heard as the patient.

Dr. Fox brings such a native and intuitive understanding of his patients to this practice. I'm so glad this clinic opened and everyone is so friendly. His staff is big on going the extra mile and I'd highly recommend to anyone. It can be hard on you to open a new business but Dr. Fox has years of experience and it clearly shows. I don't review many businesses but felt the need to recommend this one.

Dr. Fox is an amazing chiropractor. I recommend him to everyone. I have recommended him to my sister and her husband, who are moving to the area soon, and they are very excited to try him out. He knows his anatomy and is also very caring. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Fox at this clinic.

Adam Babcock

I spent most of my adolescence going to chiropractors for sports related injuries. 25 years later I've found one who can really help. Dr Fox is highly skilled and a master of his craft. He isn't just some code talking doc but he explains what he is doing so that I can avoid the pitfalls that landed me in his office in the first place.
