Dr. Aukerman joined Premier Bone & Joint Centers in 2006. After receiving his undergraduate degree in biological sciences from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, Dr. Aukerman went on to complete his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, Colorado. After an orthopedic surgery internship and residency at the same institution, he then went on to complete a fellowship in sports medicine and knee and shoulder surgery from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. In addition to his duties at Premier Bone & Joint Centers, Dr. Aukerman serves as the head team physician for the University of Wyoming.
