Patient Testimonials

My doctor was super nice but the person that answers the phone was a complete jerk. When I addressed it nothing was done. She kept being rude, condescending and hanging up on me. She actually hung up on me 3 times. Nurses, doctor, and other staff were very kind though. Love how clean and nicely decorated it is, but one person can ruin the whole experience.

My review is specifically for the nurses. Every single nurse that I encountered during my procedure was attentive, caring and very professional. I worked primarily with Renee, Janelle, and Britney. They were all amazing.

Erin Kearney

No compassion, care or concern for their patients. With all the extensive training that providers receive they will try very little and then give up on you. It is very apparent that they do not empathize, care or even understand what it means to help a patient in chronic pain.

When someone is in pain or knowingly has a chronic illness, they should not be dismissed due to missing appointments. I have Long Covid and I'm assuming some people don't understand what we endure. There are days I can barely get out of bed and when I'm sick, it is impossible! I think each person's situation should be looked into before automatically judging them and I have numerous Doctors that understand when I have to reschedule, even with referrals. No chronically ill person should be made feel like this!!
