Services offered include:
- Interventional Pain Procedures — minimally invasive techniques that may help target the source of pain directly
- Diagnostic Services — testing and evaluation to help identify underlying causes of pain
- Physical Therapy — movement-based care that may help improve strength, mobility, and day-to-day function
- Surgery Services — surgical options for patients whose conditions may benefit from a procedural approach
- Emergency Appointments — same-day or urgent scheduling for patients experiencing significant flare-ups
Patients should be aware that the clinic conducts routine drug screening as part of its pain management protocols, which is a standard practice in many pain management settings.

Patients often mention Dr. Bosomworth in a positive light, praising his compassion, patience, and individualized approach to care. Some reviewers credit the clinic with achieving meaningful pain relief and quality of life improvements, with a few noting more progress in a single visit than they experienced at previous pain centers over several months. What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“My first experience, and I'm never going back!!! Dr. Williams and staff were very rude. He wouldn't even let me finish talking when i was trying to answer a question. When I asked them to speak up because I'm deaf, they either yelled or kept speaking at a low volume. And they really have to drug test you here?! They line everyone up like you're in a prison. And the bathroom is incredibly unsanitary!!! And god forbid they hold a door open for someone with a cane... at a pain management office... I have no energy left to go on about it... just beware”
— Tiffany Scarlett
“I have been seeing Dr. Bosomworth for over 20 years. He has always been such a caring and compassionate doctor that really cares about my pain. My husband and daughter is also patients of his, he has helped us all so very much, and we are very blessed to have him as our doctor.”
— Janet Taylor
“This is by far the worst place I have ever been to, the doctor that I seen Dr Williams was really rude. It has been 2 weeks, I still have not got my results back from my differential that means urine test that they send off. It's only supposed to take 72 hours . When you call it's almost impossible to get them to answer the phone. I have left multiple messages they do not call back. When I did get them to answer. I told the lady this is crazy this should not be taking this long the doctor was supposed to have my results back within 72 hours so he could call in my prescription it's been 2 weeks. I said this is crazy, she actually agreed. Said she was going to call the lab and then call me back, and then she hung up the phone on me. Do I think I'll get a call back no. I definitely would not not recommend this place. They are very unprofessional. Rude. And act like they do not care about their patients. If I could I would give them no stars. God bless everybody on your journey to no pain. Prayers.”
