Patient Testimonials
“I've had the worse pain in my scapula to my finger nails. The doctor gave me muscle relaxers did nothing . Then a nerve block . 25% relief. He could not do anything to help with pain. When Dr.Baber was there he listened. I'll never ever go back!!!”
— Michelle Landsittel
“Well I come there from Morgantown . Didn't know way around anything and if you ask for help security is rude . Such a bother seems to ask for directions around hospital. Hello not from area . Pittsburgh crazy to drive thru to begin with if you don't drive there regularly. Husband had come there for a burn since Ruby didn't have staff . Ughh”
— Crystal Knotts
“Missed appointment! West Penn Hospital google gives directions to hospital not clinic 3 blocks down the road. Imagine having your elderly mother in a wheelchair parked in the wrong garage then have to go 2 nd floor of hospital to get your ticket punched then back out to garage by the time you get to the right location the doors are locked because they are out to lunch tried several times to call phone number listed to let them know what was going on but couldn't get a hold of anyone!”
— Chris Stasik
“The staff record multiple messages for a single visit. Same thing for acupuncture therapy. They promise so many treatments for free, but they refuse to deliver on that promise. The cost is better for getting your license, but I'm not sure it's worth the savings to be anchored to this office for pain-management. If this is all you need for your pain management, then save some money on your license, but if you want honest pain-management services, keep looking. They make it hard to switch doctors, so I wish someone had warned me first. The real salt in the wounds here is that this trouble is because of the controls on opioids, and I'm allergic, so --.”
